GYMO outputs MP4 files in H.264 format at 1080x1920 resolution (9:16 aspect ratio). This format is optimized for Spotify and ready to upload directly to Spotify for Artists.

How long are the generated canvases?

All canvases are 6 seconds long, which falls within Spotify's 3-8 second requirement. This duration provides smooth looping while keeping file sizes optimized.

Most canvases are generated in 1-2 minutes. You'll see real-time progress updates during processing. Complex animations may take slightly longer, but average processing time is under 2 minutes.

What if I don't like the result?

You can create another canvas from the same artwork. Try different crops or starting positions to get varied results. Each generation starts from $0.50.

Troubleshooting

What if my upload fails?

Check that your image is under 10MB and in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. If issues persist, try a different browser or clear your cache. Contact support if problems continue.

Why does my video look pixelated?

Upload the highest resolution version of your artwork. Images under 1080px width may appear pixelated when scaled up. Use at least 1080x1080px or larger source images.

Can I use the same artwork for multiple tracks?

Yes. You can generate one canvas and upload it to multiple tracks, or generate different variations from the same artwork. Each generation starts from $0.50.

What if Spotify rejects my canvas?

Spotify rarely rejects canvases that meet technical requirements. If rejected, check for copyrighted imagery, explicit content, or technical issues. GYMO-generated canvases meet all technical specs.
